try to work at a slower pace (dont go flat out for 20 seconds and rest for a round)
    move in and out
    use foot work and punching.

if that doesnt work take 1 or 2 days off.

        use lighter gloves.
or just push your self and your endurance should improve.
do tricep dips, pushups, pullups and med ball training to help.
it could be latcic acid if it is tomatoes can help.

Just relax, and put in your work. Don't think about it too much, and definitely don't think about getting tired. And just keep at it, you'll get better!

8 oz and 10 oz are good but 14 oz and 16 oz are good for building power.
you should do 2 or 3 min rounds insted of 10 min without a break.

Do you do weights or a lot of strength/endurance training for your upper body?

If so, I've found that when I minimize the time spent on these exercises, I am able to go longer on the bag as my arms don't feel as heavy and don't get tired as quickly. Just a thought.

Maybe its because you train for 2 hours before you do any bag work!
