So you're scoring the round where Joe got dropped 10-9 for Calzaghe?

I think Joe handily won that fight... but this brings your bias into question.

right nice set of chompers for a brit.

in fact, most of my favorite british boxers have good teeth. perhaps you guys have come out of the dark ages.

I think the gist of this thread went sailing high above your bonce.

You're telling me Hopkins had a better cheekbone structure than Joe in the first round? Now who's being biased?

I never really got where the concept of Brit guys having bad teeth/Brit girls being ugly came from.

I suspect - I could be talking **** - that it's our TV, historically, used to reflect reality more than Fat-Yankovision. America has the second highest obesity rate in the world, but "Mick and Molly" or whatever the **** it's called is a "laugh at the Fat Yanks" sitcom. The probability of six people living together who are as photogenic as Friends (okay, maybe not Phoebe. Or Ross. Or Chandler) is low.

Against that version of Royston, I thought all Slapsie had to do was turn up. (And for rounds 3-12 I was right).

But to nearly be KO'd in one.... oh, that's not good.

I still think Joe handily won that dish off though.

People always said Robin Reid was unlucky not to get the decision against Calzaghe. They weren't commenting on his boxing.

True dishologists might note that Calzaghe grew a beard to make the Manfredo bout look less of a mismatch.
