You know that old myth about Willie Pep winning a round against Jackie Greaves without throwing a single punch?
In the case of Pernell, I actually would give him a round without throwing anything : His defense was just that spectacular. You gotta admire a guy who could stand right infront of you, dare you to hit him, and then make you look foolish for even having the audacity to try.

the topic is now why sweetpea did not get hurt vs a more powerful puncher but would if he fights a less but still a power puncher....that would be becuase of the punches you dont see coming , like i said before...

Pacquiao by decision Whitaker's feather fist can't keep Pacquiao off. Pacquiao throws 100 punches a round and wins an easy decision.
