Without sounding condescending, you really are ignorant to evolution and biology. We don't have a link to every human on the planet and evolve when they evolve...

If humans colonised other planets and then became isolated there's a good chance they would evolve differently that the original colony on earth, especially if there were new selective pressures that gave a reproductive advantage to some trait or other. But this would become apparent over hundreds or thousands of generations. In other words you wouldn't notice it happening.
