Even with his genius level intellect & the fact that batman is a master strategist, i think spiderman takes him one on one. Spiderman has superhuman strength, endurance, agility, & speed. Add his healing factor, his pre cognitive spidey sense i dont see how bats beats spidey.

Plus the battle conditions is also a main factor. Hypothetically speaking if they fought, how would they fight? Is it in the ring? Or is it ppv with 4 weeks training camp?

If its just take batman & superman put them in a room or cage,

spider man will obliterate batman.
