the ring is considered the best bcos it is held by the true champ, the WBC is like normally known to be the official belt but it rele just depends who is holding what belt at what time.

        WBC
        WBA
        IBF
        WBO
IBO (IBO's a mickey mouse belt really though, like WBU)

That's how I look at it.

But as aforementioned the belts themselves don't hold as much prestige as the person holding it.

          It makes absolutely zero difference.

WBA and WBC have the most history....but that's it. It's not like having the WBC belt is better than having the WBO belt.

          The man makes the belt.

First of all the IBO dosen't count.

The rest they are all equally worthless, WBA with their superchamps and always making Ruiz #1 contender and WBC with their diamond belt. Trying to rate the belts is like trying to rate different tastes of ****.

              1) WBC
              2) WBA
              3) WBO
              4) IBF
But like people said, the man makes the belt, the WBA(mosley) and WBO(cotto then pacuiao) welterweight belts hold more value than the WBC one.

The Ring belts is the one that counts. But any belt is only as credible as the man who's wearing it.
