Yeah Kobe's still a excellent scorer but look at how he performs on defense now.

Not the Kobe from a few years ago.

He's certainly got alot left no doubt and like you said can lock in on defense when needed.

Just not at his absolute best.

Skillset wise yeah, they are pretty equal for the most part but Wade's ability to defend at a high level all game combined with his offensive ability makes him better than Kobe and has done for the past few seasons.

i give kobe about 3yrs left to keep playing at the level where he's at now


but the way management is going about things, they might burn him out...his minutes are pretty high and it will probably stay that way if he doesn't get any help
