  • Need Help For Golden Gloves this Weekend

    Okay, I need to weigh in at 152 i'm at 156 right now and I have till Saturday to make weight. I run and eat healthy the only problem is i haven't been able to pass stool in 2 days! I took this stuff full of fiber to help but it didn't. I'm pretty sure it's making me weigh more. What should I do? Laxative?

    2. (if 1 fails)......enema's will not fail, but its not a pleasant experience

      Eat a piece of lean grilled chicken breast with salad, and one tea spoon of virgin olive oil and drink hot green tea. Your right on target and you should have a bowel movement by tomorrow. What's your morning weight and evening weight? You can also drink some black coffee, no sugar.
