It's only 13 grams of complex carbs (slow digesting), and 2 grams of sugars. . that's not really a lot.

If we were doing an ingredients profile I would think yours would be ahead of the Syntha 6, but in a taste comparison, they won't even be close, the Syntha 6 will leave yours for dust, carbs make everything taste good.

Well taste has never been a big deal for me, unless it tastes like garbage. I can always add some flavor into the shake.

Still, nothing you can add will be able to make it taste as delicious as Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream mixed with 4 oz. of low-fat milk! Especially nothing with only 2 grams of sugars, and 13 grams of complex carbs!
