This is me doing my Caveman workout. Twice a week I going into the woods and do pushups, climb trees, pull ups on tree branches, run, and carry rocks. I do all this barefoot. Its good for your body to get back to basics. I so glad I left NYC and moved to the country. Do you have any woods near you?
