How Genes Affect Athletic Performance

Their was an article posted ages ago, i think in NSB, which looked at the correlation between wrist size and a myriad of boxing abilities (punching power, chin strength, ability to move up in weight etc)
To do with the size and width of bones in the skeleton which can be measured by wrist size.

Also it wasn't trying to say Pacquiao was lying about weight or anything like that, just trying to find a way to explain his athleticism and how he was able to move up in weight so easily
