Some of the conditions of the plea bargain, these type of crooks get once turned state witness, is that they aren't allowed to get caught with whatever they got caught with before or they'll lose immunity and serve time for old and new charges.

LOL this would be a FAIL defamation suit. . . Because the only thing Ariza said was true? The guy was a snitch for the govt. in the BALCO scandal. . . Unless he said Ariza was juicing up 'Quez. . . It's not defamation to: State your opinion (which mayweathers DID NOT do initially), or to say something that is true. . . Also a different set of rules applies to "public figures" than "private folks". . . And of course you have to be able to prove damages. . . This lawsuit would fail on a number of the requisite elements. . .
