        Ortiz is still a bigger star than Rios, and will likely continue to be.
        Rios can keep fighting on Top Rank PPV undercards.

                  He still said I am too young to be taking this kind of punishment right?

                  He still quit right?

                  I think all that shows more the lack of character Ortiz has...Maybe he found some character? I don't know I would have to see it first before giving him the benefit of the doubt.
