Is it the old and still manageable workouts of running sparring heavy bag jump rope and speed bag? Or is it the same but tweaking the body and implementing cross fit training to get a bit more strength and conditioning?
Obviously boxers today have tried other ways to get their body fit and prepared. Then off course you have the PED cloud looming around.
