Matthew Hatton said the size difference between him and Saul "Canelo" Alvarez was way too much to overcome on Saturday night at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Hatton went up from the welterweight division to fight Alvarez at the catchweight of 150-pounds. The young Mexican was unable to make 150, coming in at 151.4 at the weigh-in, and weighed 165-pounds by the time they entered the ring.
