Word in Russia is that the independent observers of corruption calculated that Putin did not even receive 51% of the vote, and the fact that he reportedly won in the 60% area is ridiculous

This is pretty interesting though because last year around october, I saw this prediction on a time line of end of the world predictions. And it said Putin would get reelected as president.... And it happened.
