i just wish there was some more extensive head trauma handed out. he was out for sure, but it was only brief. i would have loved, for example, if his skull broke his fall on concrete.

no, it's challenging street people who may very well value nothing over their sense of pride. this guy will eventually get robbed or worse.

the damage to his mouth was a nice bonus. that will leave a permanent scar, and hopefully serve as a reminder to abstain from being stupid.

i had a friend wipe on skis last year, and his pole went through his cheek. his insurance covered a very skilled plastic surgeon to stitch him up inside and outside of his mouth, but he still has a serious scar on his face. he was on his first date with his current GF. she had to drive him to a north conway emergency room and wait for about half the day. it was very funny.
