No Doubt Assad Regime Launched Chemical Weapon Attack

The independent UN report on the Syrian Attack was published today. Although it did not formally lay blame on the perpetrators, the evidence is clear, Assad launched these weapons. First, the suspected ordnance used in the attacks contained Cyrillic script on page 18-19 of the report. Second, a metal part of the suspected ordnance tested positive for Sarin on page 33 of the report, SN26. A reasonable man will take this evidence and conclude, that the ordnance rocket came from Russia because of the Cyrillic markings and since they are allies with Assad, the regime most likely launched the attacks.

No wonder the Russians stepped up quickly for a diplomatic solution, their fingerprints are all over the Sarin attack. Anyways, here is the report and judge for yourself:
