Deadspace pc looked fantastic on my old monitor but looks like turd on my new one

My old monitor could go up to 1600x resolution which made deadspace look amazing. But my new montior is 1920 x by 2000 resolution and deadspace is the only game that I have installed that doesn't support that resolution!!! Wtf? Is their a patch or a hack so I can fix that?
