Ali ruled down vs Mildenberger?

Somebody told me Ali was down on the canvas in his fight against Karl Mildenberger i have seen this fight many years ago but i can't remember this.
Is it true?

not true.....

I've seen the fight atleast 3 times.....It was a boxing masterclass and Ali barely got touched let alone KD.

Ali suffered Knockdowns vs the following fighters

Sonny Banks
Henry Cooper
Joe Frazier
Chuck Wepner (semi push) not really a KD

So that's only 3 legitimate KD's Ali suffered throughout his career.

Someone could add on to it. But I doubt it.

Also in the first round of his fight with Doug Jones Ali almost touched the canvas. His knees buckled though.

Don't recall that, this is one of those fights that gets closer by the year. My memory of it was that whilst Mildenberger gave a good account of himself Ali won comfortably

I have seen it some years ago as far as is remmeber Mildenberger fought well but yet it was an onesided beating.
