Ive met plenty of heavy drinkers in the uk who think everyone who uses illegal drugs are scum.

I'm neutral but the funny thing is even though I failed most my exams because of hash I am suprised how intelligent the Dutch are .Tbh I had 4 draws of a joint in 1 week the rest of the time I was boozing .Heineken , Guinness and Corona but the Dutch are more clever and better to get on with than the people at home for me .Most people where i'm from live in a stupid dilluded world .Dutch are the realest and best people i've ever met .
