I don't know about you, but there seems to be 2 different sets of rules here.
Yes there are. One set of rules is for people boarding planes or crossing borders, the other set of rules is for people going about their business every day.

There's a disconnect here. On the one hand you're saying that people should not be asked for ID or searched when boarding a plane, on the other you're saying that the authorities should have the right to demand the citizenship status of anyone they suspect of being illegal at any time.

Which is it? Do you support freedom or not?

I mean I agree some actions are invasive. But you're kidding yourself if you think Airport security shouldn't be taken seriously.
no one is saying security shouldn't be taken. I don't know where you got that from.

So the topic doesn't concern someone denying a body scan?

          "I don't want a body scan"

OK so we'll do a manual search.

          "I don't want a manual search"

          OK you can't fly.

not taking a body scan does not mean no security. I mean it's not like we haven't been flying for over 60 years without these scans before. There are still metal detectors, having your luggage & carry one bags scanned, etc.

also, as far as the manual body searches with TSA if you opt out on the full body scans, the issue here is that they are more aggressive then what is normal, specifically checking your genitals by hand. Normally if you're patted down they dont grab your genitals, this is much more invasive.

LMFAO no **** except Muslims never hijacked flights and used the airplanes as continental ballistics missiles..........killing thousands of people.

If I opt out of the scan, and they grab my balls, they're getting an uppercut to the chin. And I'm going to jail. fuuck that *****.

this is a violation of basic rights. Doesn't matter if you think it's a government conspiracy or not, it's a matter of privacy at stake here.
Its a conspiracy. Chertoff gets paid when these machines being are implemented.

                    That's correct.

Its dog training. The underwear bomber was an admitted patsy that had a well dressed man escort him PAST security. When these goons wanna stage an attack, they use the back door, airport security is an illusion.

You do realize Border penalties are higher than ever now. If you're caught trying to cross ilegally...........you're automatically banned from the United States for 20 years.

If you attempt again, you're imprisoned for years.
The borders are wide open. You can't even spit without hitting an illegal alien in L.A and the cops aren't allowed to ask them about their status.

                    pwn 3.

I support freedom, I'm pointing out the obvious contradiction here. The group that should be vetted isn't, and the group that deserves protection is being abused.

                    Its topsy turvy.

After providing multiple forms of I.D, taking off your shoes, checking your bags, and walking through a metal detector.

Yeah, its no big deal. Let me open up my wife's **** for you so you can "frisk" her while we're at it.

                      Jacky......................take a nap. Seriously.

The Libertarian/Freedom Fighter Shtick is getting stupid at this point. Just use the Anarchist argument for everything from now on.

Simply state all Government should be abolished, and every city should turn into a melee free for all in hopes of survival.

That way I won't waste my time trying to figure out this logic.
