Put simply..

You pay on Xbox for certain reasons. "Rights"

You can hack on XBOX and be ****ed.. You will get reported on the spot. Just file a complain and wait a day or two for them to verify and you're done. The market place looks good, and fancy, but that's about it. You can chat with anyone during anytime you have the system on, regardless of what game they are playing. I mean it is nice, but for 50 a month? Yet 18$ for a month? lol.. Come on.. Too much..

I myself have both systems and I ask myself.. Damn.. Why did I pay 50$ for, but it is a great system.

THe PS3 is nice.. Free, and the same ****, with the exception that you have "No Rights". Gaming on the PS3 is more vulnerable and whatever game you play is responsible for your ban if you hack. Everyone COD on the PS3 is hacked, and for the 360.. It's more toned down.

So PSN is great.. I have both, and there are no differences... Aside from chat durinf games.. PSN will have its own soon, they have something up thier sleeves.
