    Cheers, im on whey protein creatine etc i eat that amount as standard just cause i like meat. I weight train as in non bodybuilding and punch bag.

    All I need to do now is cut down on sugar, simple carbs, and bad fats, esp sugar I think thats what pushed me over the edge drinking dr pepper all day while grazing on chocolate all day lol
