              Not really, good numbers on all three core exercises are a good gradient of one's physical strength. Obviously, it has nothing to do with muscular endurance.

                    Benching means squat except for showing off maybe. A lot of guys don't even lift weights the proper way anyway. I remember a gym owner telling me about how all of these fellows would lift big weights, but not the correct way. When he took away a lot of the weight and made them do it properly, they struggled.
