Mad Max: Fury Road = best action film of the last decade.

Not a remake, each Mad Max movie is meant to stand alone at least that what Miller has said in the past.

you know it's a ****ty decade when a ****in remake is the best action movie of that decade.

but yeah, i liked that movie. maybe because i didn't expect it to be any good, but still, it was a decent movie.

There's other good "action" movies, or movies with large elements of action in them the last decade.

Casino Royale, Children of Men, The Dark Knight, Batman Begins, The Hurt Locker, District 9, Inception, Red, X Men First Class, Thor, Captain America, Skyfall, Man of Steel, Thor the Dark World, World War Z, X Men Days of Future Past, American Sniper, Mad Max Fury Road.

That's a pretty good list considering most action movies or movies with lots of action elements tend to be cliche and ****ty.

bare in mind, 8 out of that list were comic book movies, which says one thing: hollywood is running out of ideas.

besides, i think we can all agree that in the past decade tv shows>movies, and it's not even close.
