As much as I like Briggs and respect his attempt at a comeback, I would adamantly oppose Wladimir granting him a title shot at this point. As some other posters stated, there are many more contenders out there that deserve a shot more than Briggs.
When you give an undeserving opponent a title shot, then it encourages other fighters to avoid taking risks and fighting the best opponents. Overall, it's not a good thing for boxingComment
