Weren't the Native Americans essentially just hunter-gatherer tribes with no established land in North America for years until the Spanish came and gave them horses?

I believe they were mostly nomadic. They would crash at one location for awhile surviving off of the natural food sources and whatnot as well as doing some light farming. When the land was depleted of resources and the soil was no longer fertile they would move to another location. They would continue that cycle throughout the generations until they ended up back where they started.

Yeah because every tribe was pretty much equally smart and strong.

Sometimes one tribe won and sometimes another tribe won.

When the Europeans came they were so much smarter and stronger than the native Americans that they completely finished them off.

Not because the Europeans are more evil than the Native Americans but just because they were so much more superior.
