I always thought they pushed off the rear leg like with a jab, as they torqued their hips.
But now im thinking they are only torqueing their hips and any forward movement comes from the drive of the leg from the hip rotation, and not from actually consciously pushing of the rear leg like you do with a jab.
How are they doing it?
