I can't believe that the promoters are considering this fight since Fields is a fringe-contender at best who has limited boxing skills and experience. The WBA should not sanction this bout and 'devalue' the title by letting Valuev fight such a 'B' level opponent.

If Value is successful against his mandatory Ruslan Chagaev he should consider fighting the following boxers:

Tony Thompson
Shannon Briggs
Sam Peter
Lamon Brewster
Vitali Klitschko
Wlad Klitschko

Valuev would KILL him.
