might include cheating? ok, why did he have 40 odd fights before that then, that might have had cheating?

Shade stop the madness. Floyd only asked for osdt, that's not different rules. Manny asked for and got glove size and ring size. Its not a big deal.

There was no justification for manny refusing to fight over osdt back then. Ever since manny's initial refusal, both sides have decided not to budge.

No honest person makes a request for osdt a reason not to fight.and, if manny hadn,t made ridiculous excuses, he wouldn't have msade himself look so guilty.

The testing won't occur during the fight so its not different rules. The rules didn't change. Stop it man. Even if Floyd was basically being a dick when he asked For osdt. Manny made himself look guilty by his excuses. He now wants the same deal 3 yrs later. That suggests hthe only thing different now is he may be off the stuff.

Its really not more complicated than that.

it is different rules, cant believe you are disputing that.

had any other mayweather opponent at the time been told he has to submit himself to random blood testing leading up to the fight and if you dont then theres no fight?

            thats different.

i just found it awfully funny at the time that mayweather kicked up a big fuss any time this asian midgets name was mentioned about a fight with floyd.
Nonsense. The stricter testing was a legit request regardless of whether Mayweather had made it previously or not. He was willing to submit to the same testing and since all of his opponents have complied with the stricter testing. It's rather weak to attempt to give Pacquiao a pass for ducking the stricter testing.

put mayweather in the ring with any welterweight from any era and he stands a good chance is the best way to say it i guess.
I agree here for the most part. The whole "to be the best you got to beat the best" ra ra sounds good, but don't forget that this is a business. Don't lose sight of the fact that this is prize-fighting. Politics have always played a part in which fights do and don't get made. Fans seem to selectively acknowledge this fact. You can nitpick at Mayweather's resume but his skills speak for themselves. He's one of the 1-2 best fighters I've seen.

Pacquiao has been knocked out twice, put down multiple times...almost out by a jab, beaten up, out boxed, and had wars with Marquez, who Floyd made look like a baby...and you post this fan boy garbage, lmao? Soon as Pacquiao got to 122 he was Superman until the Morales fight in which he underwent testing and lost, and you post this? Pacquiao will soon be retired, and you'll stop being a boxing fan.

No he wont, if he doesnt fight pac and martinez imo... there always be a cloud over him... unlike guys like sugar ray leonard or robinson... i'd keep him at top 10 of all time though.. probably top 5 if he proves more from now...
