ive had it kissing my exs ass to see my dog. shes leaving my dog overnight in her car cuz the guy shes cheating with cant have dogs in his apartment so she leaves her in her fuucking car.and this ***** is firing me up.

I know here that there is a law prohibiting that...leaving a dog in a car over-nite. If I were in your situation I'd video it and call animal control and that dog would be given over to me in a heart-beat and she would be fined.

Don't waste your time. This is a civil matter. The dog is property, "access" to the dog depends on ownership. Speak to a lawyer about going to civil court for the dog, bearing in mind that she had possession of the dog for two years and you did nothing so it will probably be swiftly determined that it's hers.

Or you could go on Judge Judy. This is the sort of bullshit that flies on that show.
