Like Fournette, he has the potential to be a fantasy monster. I can see NFL coaches really liking him because he is a good receiver too. Since he's pretty diverse in his skill set, the only worry is coaches might use him as a specialist punt returner etc so maybe not as great for ppr if they use him to fill holes but if they use him as a safety outlet back where they dump passes off to him when in trouble, the upside is great.

I like both guys a lot and like both as a fantasy gamble. The two positions I stay away from as rookies are QB and TE simply because they are very complex positions to learn in the NFL and people don't generally walk in and crush it.

I don't see McCaffrey as an every down back due to his size and questionable protection ability. I see him as a Reggie Bush Duke Johnson type RB in the NFL. Hopefully he'll be better than both of those guys.

He'd have to be there around pick 13 or so for me to consider it.

Offensive line be damned. He's a rookie and there's a learning curve.

That said, the answer to your question begins with a B and ends with rushmyhair.

            • Better pro QB prospect, Josh Rosen or DeShaun Watson?

Rosen IMO, Watson will be a legit good starting QB in NFL doe.

Ha, I was thinking of Duke when I wrote that. Duke wasn't bad for fantasy in our league only because chances are these vultures pick up the 30 or so backs worth a **** and most guys got the 3rd or 4th options on just about any team.

He wasn't great or anything, just good for some points here and there when the injury bug hits.

I kind of had a Brush moment when I took him since Duke went to the U.

Regarding backs, I've heard it mentioned here by I forgot who, that the bigger backs seem to get injured more. Don't know if that is statistically accurate, only base that on my experience with LeVeon and Eddie Lacy in the past.

Rosen is going #1 when he comes out IMO.
