          There you go. That is the NHS website. On it, it states that mild depression can go away on its own [surprise surprise]. Drugs are not the be all and end all, it simply depends on the situation. It probably is best to see a doctor though, mild or not.

          Piggy, a lot of people use the term depression for different reasons. Some people say they're depressed when they just mean they're feeling a bit down.           This topic began with footfucker declaring that antidepressants were unnecessary and that depression can be cured with exercise and good diet. In short he was yet again blaming a problem he doesn't understand on laziness.
