2016 Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) ratings (ranked from highest to lowest)

I don't even know who fight last week in UFC. Was it a PPV or on Fox?

UFC to me, is like Wrestling in the late 90s. Everyone watches it, but will it last? I stopped being interested in wrestling by 2002, by 2004 I was completely done.

Boxing is not goin anywhere. UFC isn't either, but it pulls in good rating now.

I notice when I go to bars, wing places they have UFC nights. They don't really have boxing nights unless it ws a Mayweather PPV or Pac PPV. That's what really needs to change. They have UFC nights for Fs1 cards at the wing joints.

A lot of places have UFC PPV's & big PPV boxing nights. People show up for the UFC nights in droves & don't show up so much for the boxing nights. At least in my city as I've been to MMA & Boxing events at the same place it might be different in yours or other peoples cities.

And I mean ultimately these businesses don't give a f#ck about MMA or boxing they are just trying to get people to buy their Buffalo wings & loaded fried or whatever. They would show pawn shop TV shows all day every day if it was able to bring in enough customers. So this isn't as simple as a wing joint showing boxing its about boxing becoming more appealing more often to the masses that enough people wanna go eat some wings & watch some boxing at these sorta places.

Plus it was fabers last fight. He has a solid fan base

Garcia/Thurman is on SHO, and Pigeons didn't include any SHO cards. I know that SHO basically owns PBC, but I don't think it's fair to compare HBO/SHO ratings to NBC/FOX/Spike.

They need to do what they did with Spence-Bundu more often. Schedule these fights after bigger sporting events so people can go from those events right into the fights.

Hard to come up with an average rating when the difference between low and high is too wide. The consistency is lacking.

Ugas looked great against Perellas and Gassiev almost took the head off Shimmell, sadly they got low ratings.
