    ok. everyone indulges. smokes, drink, CHEESEBURGERS...**** like that. but what htings do you do for yourself thats actually GOOD for you? oh i dont mean good for your ego or anything like that, but i mean actually good for you. such as meditation or exercise or avoiding fats.

    things you do....religiously.

    for me it would be that i dont smoke. cigarettes. it ages you as well as its really bad for you.
    drinking lots of water. again, good for the skin and also good for general lubrication.
    cutting carbs, dont eat sweets (unless i HAVE to)
    ive added exercise to the menu
    and i try to have at least one orgasm a day. (good for the skin and general well being)

    so yeah. waht do you do for yourself thats good for you?

              workout 5 days a week, go to college 4 days a week, watch what i eat 6 days a week. bust a nut 1-2 times a week

                I work out regularly, and........fist fight the elderly whenever they walk past my house. j/k, I hate working out.

                  work 4 times a week (30 hours)
                  college twice, 2 classes
                  cardio
                  punching bag (boxing, kick boxing)
                  reflex bag
                  lift weights (2-3 times a week)
                  500 push ups, 220 sit ups (4 times a week)
                  fastfood only a couple times a year
                  drink juice/water
                  alcohol free/smoke weed sometimes
                  basketball
                  jump roping
                  masturbating

                    jog every other day, hit the gym twice a week and ball up on saturdays

                    those are things that i sometimes dread but i feel i need to do for myself

                    i also drink ALOT of water during a workday...
