Ive noticed something on facebook today, starting post with "When"

What does this mean? Why are they doing it. I hate these stupid posting trends.

For example.

When someone deletes me as a friend to hide something.

When my car breaks down and I cant go anywhere.

Thats all they say. It's ****ing annoying. I get left with thinking, well then what next. You gave a when, now give me a fucking then or a there or something. Christ.

See thats fine because at least you finished and satisfied me and everyone. If you would have said the bold and left the red out, and posted it on facebook. I would be confused and annoyed.

Usually it is "That awkward moment when..." without the "That awkward moment"

You can replace "awkward" with some other word too...anyways, the whole thing is ******ed and I hate when people say things like that.
