The law was actually designed to help people. . . It has proved to be disastrous because of ambiguous writing, and good lawyers (for defendants). . .

Some of the states laws reek of old english, medieval law (which is where our law comes from), and need to be completely done away with, or rewritten to make it CLEAR that you cannot shoot somebody if you pick a fight and end up getting stomped out. It should only be reserved for situations where you are in your house.

I see they had no problem arresting the black man. Zimmerman did the same thing by confronting the kid but yet he was not arrested.
