Fighting guys after losses, who were tumbling down the WW rankings doesn't make you the lineal champ by default...

He can honestly try hard to make the Mayweather fight next summer, then we'll see what's up.

It would be an exciting and close one. Besides Cotto, most of Pac's ww bouts have been against moving speedbags. Watching him fight a challenging match against a hungry young fighter would make him shut his skeptics up.

yea ,technically Mayweather was the last Lineal WW champ until he retired and broke the chain.
