The major problem isnt space, its food production and fresh water, among other resource problems.
Lots of food surplus is simply burned, rather than given to the less fortunate.
That aside, the worlds population is on course to outstrip production regardless, even though most of the worlds arable land is already used for food production.
Its going to be a major problem one day. But not insurmountable.
Yes. They can be fined for extra children though
