Who the cop or the suspect? What an idiot that guy is. Get pulled over for suspected shoplifting and end up with resisting arrest, assault on a police officer, grand theft auto, careless and negligent driving and I'm sure the list goes on.

How the cop let the guy get in his car is a mystery though. Pretty dumb on his part.

I got some sadistic pleasure hearing the guy grimace in pain as he crashed, struggled to exit the vehicle and pleaded to the police "I can't breathe!!"

Hopefully he didn't hurt the driver of the truck he slammed into.
