Who has the better resume in terms of better wins - Mayweather or Pacquiao?

Who would you say has the overall better resume in terms of better wins. And who would you put over the other on an ATG list if they retire without fighting each other?

I think Floyd is notched above him now. I like Manny more but he is slowing down and has 5 losses, 3 by KO/TKO now While Floyd is undefeated. Maybe something will happen to change my mind but I'm not sure that can happen at this point.

that's interesting and bait-y that the OP says WINS only counts because it excludes the obvious differentiation in their resumes: the fact that floyd is undefeated and Pac has been KTFO 3 times and lost 5 total. But either way in terms of purely better wins I'd probably have to say Floyd has the better wins at the higher weights and Pac has better wins at the lowest weights (Morales, Barrera, JMM, etc)
