Pascaul Perez, Baby Jake Matlala and Humberto Gonzalez were all shorter than Genaro. That is off the top of my head but Perez I know was 4'11 and Flyweight champ.

Humberto "La Chiquita" Gonzalez was definitely shorter that 5'1"......
and a much better boxer than Frankie Genaro

I still hate we never got to see Lopez-Gonzalez. Jr. Fly and straw weight was great in the 1990s.
