sorry if you dont like it but its the truth. Carl Froch is far more valuable to the sport of Boxing than the unmarketable Andre Ward.

77,000 British fans bought tickets to see Carl Froch knockout Groves in his last fight, how many people paid to see Andre Ward? He's contributed NOTHING to this sport.

You do not get into the HOF because you can sell tickets to ONE big fight. Froch does not belong any more than Ward does.

Yes he's a hall of famer. IF he retired now he would get in. Just look at his accomplishments. He's an Olympic Gold medalist. He's has dominated the super middleweight division the last several years and he has dominated all his fights. He hasn't lost a fight since he was a teenager, dating back to his younger amateur days. But his professional career has been great. He started his career a little slow but once he entered the Super 8 tournament, he blew through it and won all his fights. Since then he has dominated all his fights. Say what you want but he is a hall of famer right now. His professional run has been great.

Absolutely! Ward probably already no worse than #2 as the greatest Super Middleweight of all time only behind Calzaghe and he is only 31 and with that 2 years layoff he is a young and rested 31 who haven't taken any punishment so by the time he is done he will go down as the greatest Super Middleweight Ever.

He has so many chapters to add to his career, he is really just getting started so lets see how he finishes out.

And you know everything. I'll admit his last couple years have been slow because of injury. But he is a gold medalist, he won the super 6 ( ok you got me i said super 8, big deal) he blew through that. He's a former fighter of the year(2011). He's dominated all his fights and he's been champion now going on multiple years. People can claim what they want about Ward but he had beaten good fighters. Beat Kessler, totally dominated Froch, blew through all the super 6. And say what you want about the super 6 but going in nobody was picking Ward to win it and it was the best fighters in the division at the time. So yes if he did retire now he would get in. I'm not saying he's s sure fire first ballot but he would eventually get in.

Ward has HOF potential that's for sure. Likely not yet, but he's got a strong resume and the ability to beat top fighters, so he may be on his way.

Arturo Gatti may not have been an elite fighter but he did compete in 5 Fight Of The Year, a Two division champ.

Those alone are not hall of credentials. At all.
