In the wake of the mass shooting by the involuntary celibate Elliot Roger, we need to address the rising Sex inequality in America and the widening gap between the 10% of men who get laid all the time, and the other 90% who get to feed off of the leftovers or get none at all.
Now, lets have a look at the inequality chart:
Clearly we need to spread the pussy around so everyone gets their fair share. Every man in America deserves a living wage---errr, I mean leaving amount of pussy. It's about time we start a conversation about comprehensive sex reform, or sex legislation if you will. Never let a tragedy like this go to waste. So without further ado, here are my step by step proposals:
1. Legalize Prostitution in all 57 states (<--wink, wink)
Every man deserves easily accessible, affordable pussycare. We need lots and lots of brothels to achieve that price deflation. Image if there was only one brothel with 100 girls, and a 1000 men lined up. It would be pretty expensive to get yourself some and jump over everybody else in line. That's why you need to expend the pussy supply, with hundreds upon hundreds of brothels competing for your money. We can regulate and we can tax the pussy. That European model is not a new concept. However, the revenue that the government generates can be used for giving free brothel cards to lower income men (but only for a short period until they're back on their feet).
2. Pass the The Human Cloning for Sex Slave Bill (see Thread here <<< for specifics)

3. Sex Education
Early child education is the KEY. But not the conservative kind of education of abstinence only, and not the progressive kind of teaching about using protection. Rather, a course for boys on how to attract/interact with the opposite sex. To not be effeminate/passive aggressive expecting the vagina to come to you. Preparing them for the brave new world.
With these three proposals in place, tragedies like the one in Santa Monica will be ancient history.
