Also Lewis said that if the pinky toe was broken 3 weeks ago and Gayevid had a shot for it and bandaged it, it shouldn't have given him any problems...

Gayevid looked very nimble to me...

Is the most pathetic excuse ever? I know there were a couple of other ones - "vaseline got in my eye", but I think this one ranks up there...

Pacman said the he had "wrong socks" when he lost to Eric Morales, but I think he was just making one of the cutest jokes I have ever heard.

Well considering Wlad dominated Brewster up to that point and then destroyed him in the rematch, and also the fact that Don King was involved, it was believable

Gayevid's excuse on the other hand, reeks of ****, just like his other excuses of "I hurt my back" and "I broke my hand" and "I stopped sparring early"

Come on, there was indeed something wrong with Wlad in his fight with Lemon. Whether it was a medical or an external condition remains to be seen. That fight was really strange.

At least Pac gave it his all despite his dumbass excuses. Haye didn't even do shit.

"Bad socks" (Pacquiao), "IT BURNS!!!" (Devon Alexander), and "I had to take a s**t" (Clottey) are probably worse.

But this was pretty bad. I've boxed with plenty of foot/leg injuries, including a sprained ankle which was probably a very bad idea. Of all of them, a dislocated toe was the least painful. I felt it, but it didn't stop me from setting up punches. It just hurt like hell. I'm pretty sure they medicated Haye's before the fight, so there's no way he felt it to the point where it didn't allow him to set up. That's bulls**t.

He had his shoe off ready for an excuse. That was pretty funny. Add that to the blatant flopping and you have a pretty **** performance from Haye. And UK sportsbooks had Haye as a favorite?! Craziness.
