Shadow Boxing video advices and critics welcome

Thank you for your replies, i will upload a new video some time later, first of all i will use a more coventional stance because in the video that i uploaded i was trying to use an "old school" stance after reading a lot of the advantages of it, then i will throw my punches like i normally throw it focusing more on the form than the speed.
