Both won, one had all the odds against him,completely dominated and outclassed his opponent and was robbed for financial reasons,the other had all the possible advantages to get revenge on a man he felt "played with his life" and instead of trying to KO him decided to outpoint him.

Point is Marquez stepped back and countered and occasionally went toe to toe.
Kneegel punched,clinched and actually ran and never went toe to toe.

JMM wasn't running, he countering and always within punching distance. Cotto was more of a amateur boxing match, using the whole ring. Reminded me of Yuri Foreman with more pop. Two completely different styles for completely different fighters.
