Domesticated dog, when threatened are trained to put their tail between their legs and go whine in the corner. Cats however fight back and want revenge when threatened

I had a dog and he was never scared of cats though, ever, he would chase after them wild street cats with no fear. To be fair, I raised him to be an alpha male as a puppy. Don't know if the breed had anything to do with it but he is a Fox Terrier. It appears as if the dogs in the video were trained not to bite cats or something.

I know my dog was an alpha cause I let him go with other street dogs, he was clearly bossing all the other mutts around and ahead of the pack. He would also pick fights with domestic Rottweilers and dogs bigger than him, though I knew to hold him back or he'd be dog food.

Yeah that's what I thought at first, that these dogs were just trained to behave and not fight the cat of the house.
