All of these dudes linked to that PED dealer are indeed suspicious, but none of them are confirmed to have taken PEDs unlike Mickey Bey, Peterson, Berto etc.

Weed = banned substance, but it is NOT a PED.

Steroids, testosterone etc = PED & banned substance
